Spinach Parmesan Dip

1 cup miracle whip
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg thawed and drained frozen spinach (10 oz)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1 can chopped and drained water chestnuts
1/8 t cayenne pepper

serve on crackers
